POST 5

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS CAREER?

When I was a child I dreamed of being a astronomer and seeing all-night stars, planets, galaxies, black holes, I dreamed, so as, with flying through the skies, or through of atoms, because I also wanted to be a elementary particle scientific. I love it. I read everything, every book which I could get into my hands, into my mind, about science, or Science-fiction, because when as a child I also wanted to be a ¿reader? or rather I wanted to write, and so as, may to make my own universe. Then I began interested me for other themes and knowledges areas. Even though, I ever had been interested in those themes of science and astronomy.

As well as,  when I had that to choose what career I must to study, in this time, I was decided in humanistic career, however I have studied in high school  a technical career as accountancy -I was very good as counter. But well, I chose between the career of Literature, philosophy and art, pedagogy or degree. And Justly those had been which I had studied. I guess I´m agreed with my choices, although not being profitable.

Study and work not easy had been, since the time for to do your activities or classwork. Moreover, when I was at third year in this career, rather, in second semester, I changed my specialty: from painting to sculpture. But I´m sure it was the best for me.

I´m convinced I couldn´t see myself in the mirror if I had a lot of money into my pockets and my soul crying desperate because it couldn´t have space and time for to do whatever him wont.

Why is art important to me?

perhaps I don´t confide in importance of art but drawing and writing has been in my life when I was a kid, a little boy. I remind drawing a toy´s car under the table also the adults told about things of adults. I suppose that I became to draw before to write. Though in school I was bad to do schoolwork, very bad to the handicraft, or rather lazy. To learn writing were very important, as much as drawing.

I guess that the people, friends and family think I draws and paints very good, but I believe that I’m very creative and a sensible person, because I have developed in a several areas of arts, though the last time I have liked Cinema as much as to seek it as do it, as well as contemporary and conceptual sculpture.

in that regard I Love de modern and contemporary art, don´t only painting or traditional painting or sculpture, but rather visual art expressions, though don’t all, ever depend

John cage is one of my favorite artists. is a Artist that represents the search of the avant-garde of XX century: he dabbled in music, painting, drawing, writing, sculpture, poetry, even in the irony with the not-doing of Zen, even mushroom hunting, activity with which he used much of his time.

Into the peñaflor´s wetlands

Into the peñaflor´s wetlands

This winter while everybody in our country was trembling with fear for cause Covid-19, such as political imprudence, , bored and tired, annoyed, with two friends we found ourselves in the heart of wetlands that luckily we have here, that teems with night life, as ducks, Chilean frogs, or the cold river water running, the fire burning, the singing of nocturnal life, among others.

The picture to show exactly that: fire burning, sound of the night, even the sound boiling water or our laughter. However, there is something we can´t see: how have we a wood stove and a place where we sheltered of the cold and humid of night?

Simple: someone it built and left it all things abandoned (rather someone so bored, tired and annoyed like we, rather someone that needed a home for living while the world returned to normal -when will our world return to normal? he would´ve questioned, I guess.

Few minutes before this house were set on fire because while the wood stove was burning, the walls and wooden floors also was burning. Therefor we had that to improvise with things we found, such as metallic panels we used like floor and walls, very resistant to high temperature.

Was a wonderful night. We did include bread. At that time while I took the photo, we were preparing the water to drink “hierba mate”.

By the way, that are my foots.
